You may think my flower story begins as an adult, but my flower story actually begins on the tee-ball & soccer fields where I was more interested in picking the dandelions &
clover flowers than playing sports. I have always loved beautiful things: flowers, jewelry, antique milk glass, etc.
After college, I worked as a “shop girl” at a retail florist for a short time. The job exposed me to flower varieties that I had never even heard of, allowed me to experiment through play, and planted a seed in my heart that this could be a career.
After trying to stick it out in the corporate world,
I enrolled in floral design school. It was a great experience and I loved being a floral designer! It may be scary, but this has to become my career! So, I established
Floristina Floral Designs and the rest is history!

I have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels
(and I’m absolutely obsessed with them).
