Mia & Ethan's Wedding

Mia & Ethan chose to have their Summer Garden Wedding at the historic Maple Lawn house in Brentwood, TN. Mia had envisioned florals with a romantic, summer-garden feel.

To achieve her vision, the colors I chose were varying shades of pink & peach with hints of light blue & soft lavender. Some of the flowers I used in the designs were locally-grown Dahlias & Cosmos as well as Delphinium, various types Ranunculus, Snapdragons, Parrot Tulips, Lisianthus, Tweedia, and Clematis.

I designed the Mia's bouquet, the toss bouquet, all of the boutonnières, both the mother-of-the-bride and the mother-of-the-groom's mini-bouquets, floral baskets for the bride's sister, the welcome sign, the lanterns, the aisle markers, the guest tables, and the fountain.

Mia thought it would be fun if the bridesmaids made their own bouquets, so I also taught a DIY class. The bridesmaid bouquets were then included in the head table's design.
